SURKHET: MAY. 1 – Ballot papers have reached all the 10 districts of Karnali. By Sunday morning, all Karnali districts had arrived at the Chief Election Officer’s office.
According to the Karnali State Election Office, the Election Commission of Nepal has sent 58 types of election-related materials, including ballot papers, to 10 districts.
Similarly, ballot papers have been transported from Surkhet to Humla, Mugu, and Dolpa in the Himalayan district of Karnali by helicopter.
According to Nirmala Devkota, information officer at the Karnali State Election Office, ballot papers have been transported by helicopter to three districts in Karnali and by vehicle to the remaining districts.
According to the Election Office, the state has one million one thousand two hundred eighty-two voters.
Similarly, Information Officer Nirmala Devkota stated that the Election Commission sent a few percentage points more ballot papers than the total number of voters in Karnali’s districts.
