KATHMANDU: APRIL. 30 – Bishwa Prakash Sharma, General Secretary of the Nepali Congress, has urged that the election campaign be conducted in a calm and friendly manner.
General Secretary Sharma urged all parties to conduct the election campaign in a restrained and friendly manner while participating in the election, presenting seven proposals for healthy culture in the election competition.
He stated that each party should self-criticize the people for past shortcomings and mistakes and make a commitment not to repeat them. He also urged healthy and factual criticism and cooperation to ensure a healthy election without abusing each other.
Sharma urged everyone to follow the code of conduct and to encourage others to do the same.
