Candidates being given election symbols today
The list of candidates nominated on April 27 and 28 would be reviewed.
KATHMANDU: APRIL. 30 – There is a program in place today to provide candidates with election symbols for the local level election on May 13.
On April 24 and 25, a program has been decided to provide election symbols to candidates who have registered their nominations.
All of these events, according to Election Commission spokesperson Shaligram Sharma Poudel, will take place at the office of the relevant Election Officer. Previously, the commission gave time to file a complaint against the candidate on April 25 and time to file a complaint against the candidate on April 26.
Similarly, the list of candidates nominated on April 27 and 28 would be reviewed, and a decision would be made after an examination of the complaints. The candidates withdrew their names on Friday, and the final list of candidates was published.
