Dharmendra Bastola & Hemant Prakash Oli, leaders of Biplav group, been sacked

KATHMANDU: APRIL. 27 – Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’ led CPN (Maoist) has sacked two of its leaders.

Dharmendra Bastola (Kanchan) and Hemanta Prakash Oli (Sudarshan) of the party secretariat have been sacked for breaking the rules.

Biplav, the party’s general secretary, said in a statement issued here on Wednesday that the two had been relieved of all responsibilities indefinitely.

Similarly, General Secretary Biplav accused Oli and Bastola of giving lewd and chaotic interviews in the media outside the party in opposition to the meeting’s decision and leadership, which violated the party’s general organizational method and norms, as well as the spirit of the unified people’s revolution.
