Subedi nominated as Chief of Bharatpur Metropolitan

KATHMANDU: APRIL. 25 – Bijay Subedi has registered his nomination for the post of Chief of Bharatpur Municipal Corporation on behalf of CPN (UML).

Leaders and cadres from the party office gathered at the office of the Chief Election Officer to register nominations. CPN-UML Politburo member Devi Gyawali is the proposer of Subedi and UML leader Krishna Bhakta Pokharel is the supporter. After the nomination, Subedi claimed that Chitwan had led the political movement and would now lead the economic revolution.

Before registering the nomination, Subedi visited Madan Bhandari and Jibaraj Ashrit and BP Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital at the party office premises and laid a wreath at BP Koirala’s statue.
