Congress nominates candidates in all eight municipalities of Kathmandu (with list)

KATHMANDU: APRIL. 25 – The Nepali Congress has candidates in all eight municipalities of the Kathmandu district.

Deepak Risal has been nominated by the Nepali Congress for the post of mayor of Gokarneshwor Municipality, and Shanti Nepal has been nominated for the post of deputy mayor. The list of selected candidates in each municipality has already been made public by Congress.

Shanti Nepal, who rose to the position of deputy mayor, remains Gokarneshwor’s deputy mayor.
