UML finalize candidates in 11 municipalities of Kailali

DHANGADHI: APRIL. 24 – CPN-UML has finalized the candidates for 11 local levels in Kailali. Candidates for the post of chief and deputy chief of all the municipalities except Mohanyal and Chure have been decided.

Apart from Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan Municipality, the candidates of 10 municipalities have been decided by the state committee.

The mayor and deputy mayor of the Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitian have been decided by the center. UML has decided to nominate Ran Bahadur Chand as the mayor of Dhangadhi and Kandakala Rana as the deputy mayor on Saturday.

Similarly, the state committee on Sunday nominated Shyam Khatri as the mayor and Anupa KC as the deputy mayor of Tikapur Municipality. Similarly, Mahadesh Bajgain and Juna Chaudhary have been nominated as the mayor and deputy mayor of Lamkichuha, Mamata Prasad Chaudhary as the mayor of Ghodaghodi and Karuna Bam as the deputy mayor, Padam Singal as the mayor of Gauriganga and Shanti Singh as the deputy mayor.

Similarly, Gokarna Bhatta and Sharada Rokaya have been nominated as the mayor and deputy mayor of Godawari Municipality, Hark Budha as the mayor of Bhajani municipality and Tulasi Chaudhary as the deputy mayor.

Similarly, Keshar Bahadur Dagoura has been nominated for the post of chairperson and vice-chairperson of Joshipur Rural Municipality, Jhuma Chaudhary has been nominated for the post of vice-chairperson and Jaluram Chaudhary has been nominated for the post of vice-chairperson and Karna Kunwar has been nominated for the post of vice-chairperson of Bardagoriya Rural Municipality.
