From Digital Government to Idea Bank in Balen’s Manifesto (full Text)

KATHMANDU: APRIL. 24 – Balen Shah, an independent candidate for mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan, has made public his commitment. Shah made public his 28-point commitment letter prior to his nomination on Sunday.

Shah envisioned everything from digital government to Idea Bank in his commitment letter, and he emphasized technical education by improving the infrastructure, quality, and environment of community schools in the metropolitan area. The declaration also includes an audit to determine whether private schools provide quality education in accordance with the monthly fee.
