Alliance decided division in seven districts of Karnali
SURKHET: APRIL. 24 – The ruling coalition meeting in Karnali for three days in a row has almost reached a conclusion. According to the CPN-Maoist Center Karnali State, the alliance meeting, which began at 8 a.m. on Saturday, has already divided Karnali’s seven districts.
The distribution of municipalities in the districts of Humla, Dailekh, Jajarkot, Jumla, Humla, Mugu, and Dolpa was finalized until 11 p.m. on Saturday, while the rest of the districts will be finalized by Sunday morning. Surkhet of Karnali, Kalikot, and Rukum West are the only remaining municipalities to be finalized.
Nepali Congress Karnali State spokesperson Daman Shahi also said that the final decision would be taken in the morning as it was time to register nominations today. He said that the decision will be made public after further discussions.
