Establishment of Election Officer’s Office in Hetauda Sub-Metropolitian
KATHMANDU: APRIL. 21 – The office of the Chief Election Officer has been established in Hetauda Sub-Metropolitian-2 today for the local level election.
The office was set up in the presence of District Judge and Chief Election Officer Dilliratna Shrestha and Chief District Officer Bharat Mani Pandey.
According to the Electoral Office, offices have been set up at each of the district’s ten local levels. The office also stated that the election official has already accepted the appointment letter and is working at the municipal level.
An arrangement has been made for one Chief Electoral Officer in each district. During the establishment of the office, it was requested to use the office of the concerned rural municipality or municipality, the office of the District Coordination Committee, the election office of the concerned district, any other government office, and the government-owned office.
The Electoral Officer’s Office will have nine employees: the Electoral Officer, the Assistant Electoral Officer, the Assistant Staff, the Accountant, the Computer Operator, the Driver, the Office Assistant, and the PSO (Private Security Officer).
The Chief Electoral Officer’s office will also have nine employees.
