Slight improvement in NEPSE, turnover of Rs 1.62 billion
KATHMANDU: APRIL. 21 – The share market index rose slightly on the last trading day of the week.
On this day, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index rose 4.94 points to 2325.45 points. The Sensitive Index increased by 2.02 points to 343.14.
Banking, trading, finance, non-life insurance, and other group indicators have risen among the 13 group indicators.
On this day, a total of 39.91 million 51 rupees lots of shares have been bought and sold at a price of Rs. 1.62 billion 91.68 million 847 rupees. The share price of 100 companies has risen on this day. Share prices of 86 companies declined while those of 10 companies remained unchanged.
Jalpa Microfinance, Greens Ventures Limited, Summit Microfinance, Ganapati Microfinance, Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha, and other companies share prices have risen the most on this day.
Similarly, shares of Ghalemdi Hydro, Rastriya Beema Company, IME General Insurance, General Insurance Company and Central Finance Company declined.
