Writers International Celebrates Annual Festival

KATHMANDU: April. 21 – Lekhak Sansar Nepal has celebrated its first anniversary. The novel ‘Manakali’ written by writer Bimala Adhikari was unveiled at the annual festival program presided over by Upama Acharya, chairperson of Literary and Lekhak Sansar Nepal and in the presence of Vice-Chancellor of Nepal Pragya Pratisthan Pragya Jagman Gurung.

Commenting on Manakali, critics Prof. Manmaya Pakharel and Dr Govinda Man Singh Karki said that the novel was good overall.

During the event, the distinguished guest, Gyanendra Gadal, Global chairperson of Writers International, presented certificates to the representatives of the three organizations that have been continuously dedicated and contributing for the service and expansion of language and literature for a long time.

Bimala Bhoukaji of Sharada Monthly Magazine, Jaleshwari Shrestha of Junjan Nari Sahitya Sanstha, Pradhumra Joshi of Vasu Shashi Parishad and others were honoured with certificates along with 51,000 people.
