NEPSE dropped by 36 points, close to 2300 points
KATHMANDU: APRIL. 20 – The share market index fell by double digits on Wednesday, the fourth trading day of the week.
On this day, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index decreased by 36.73 points and reached 2320.51 points. The market, which has been declining since the beginning of the week, had risen by 13 points on Tuesday. However, on Wednesday, the market fell again by a large number.
A total of 3,570,014 shares worth Rs 1.45 billion 87.37 million 755 were traded on the day.
The share price of 183 companies has decreased while the share price of 9 companies has increased. Share prices of three companies remained stable.
On this day, the value of Jalpa Microfinance, Green Venture Limited, Community Microfinance and other companies has increased the most.
Shares of NESDO Microfinance, Himalayan Energy Development Company, Terhathum Power Company, Union Hydro and other companies have declined the most.
