Complete free education up to class 12, local tax deduction up to 50 percent

KATHMANDU: APRIL. 20 – The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has released its manifesto for the upcoming local elections.

RPP announced Wednesday that it would provide free education up to the 12th grade in a public manifesto. Similarly, it has been stated that up to 50% of taxes will be deducted at the local level.

In the four-page manifesto, it is also stated that RPP will provide a 12-year local tax exemption to small and cottage industries run by women. Similarly, RPP has announced that all citizens will receive free health insurance, maternity services, and a Rs 3,000 monthly allowance for three months for low-income maternity women.

In addition, RPP has announced a program to vaccinate every teenage girl against uterine cancer.
