Meeting of Congress ward presidents in Pokhara

KATHMANDU: APRIL. 20 – Pokhara Congress is dissatisfied with The ruling coalition’s top leaders decision to give the Unified Socialists the mayor of Pokhara Metropolitan City.

As soon as Congress gets the mayor, the ward presidents of the metropolis have stated that they will not leave the mayor post. They concluded that the mayor of Pokhara metropolis could not be leave under any circumstances.

Earlier on Wednesday morning, they had locked the Kaski Nepali Congress office.

Ganesh Bahadur Thapa, Metropolitan Secretary, stated that discussions will take place in Pokhara on how to proceed.
