Russian central bank launches new payment system

KATHMANDU: APRIL. 19 – Russia’s central bank has added a new payment system called Hello to the national register of credit institutions.

The Hello payment system has been launched by the Russian commercial bank Transcapital, which is part of foreign financial institutions such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the German Investment Corporation, and the International Finance Corporation.

This new system allows money to be transferred.
