United Cement provided training to construction workers

KATHMANDU: APRIL. 16 – United Cements has provided construction workers with information about cement and how to perform quality construction in a variety of locations throughout Kathmandu and Lalitpur.

United Cements has stated that the program has been restarted because it is necessary to provide construction training to the contractors and mechanics involved. Hundreds of construction workers have been trained in four locations so far, and the program will continue, according to the company.

The course provided technical information on what cement is and how it is made, as well as how to make good quality cement mortar, the proper method of binding rods, and information on different grades of concrete.
