Biplav groups pressure government to postpone local elections

KATHMANDU: APRIL. 15 – The CPN (Maoist) led by Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’ has started pressuring the government to change the date of the local elections.

The group has demanded for the election to be postponed (date be changed).

On Friday, CPN (Maoist) Standing Committee Member and Spokesperson Khadga Bahadur Bishwakarma ‘Prakand’ met with Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand and expressed their desire to participate in the election.
