Congress Central Election Mobilization Committee meeting today
KATHMANDU: APRIL. 15 – The ruling Nepali Congress is holding a meeting of its Central Election Mobilization Committee today. At 1 p.m., a meeting will be held at the party’s central office in Sanepa.
The meeting will go over candidate recommendations, selection, and how to win the alliance’s common candidate. The Congress Central Working Committee has already decided to send seven joint general secretaries of the party to the states.
The meeting had decided to send joint general ministers to all the seven states tomorrow to decide on the candidates for the municipalities and villages. They will try to decide the candidate in the state. If the candidates are not decided from the state, they will be sent to the center by the evening of April 22. The center will decide by the morning of April 23.
