Weather: Light rain with thunder & lightning forecast
KATHMANDU: APRIL. 14 – At the present time, the Westerly wind, combined with the local wind, has a general influence in Nepal. As of the impact of this weather system, the weather will be partly to generally cloudy in the country’s hilly regions, and generally fair in the rest of the regions, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division.
Today’s weather will be partly to generally cloudy in the hilly region and partly cloudy in the rest of the regions by the afternoon. There is a chance of light rain with thunder and lightning in some areas of the hilly region.
Tonight’s weather will be partly to mostly cloudy in the hilly areas and partly cloudy in the rest of the regions. Light rain with thunder and lightning is possible in some areas of the hilly region.
This morning, Kathmandu experienced light rain. The Division reported that the maximum temperature in Kathmandu was 31.4 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was 17.8 degrees Celsius in the previous 24 hours.
