KYIV: APRIL. 13 – The coordinator of the Ukrainian negotiating team formed to discuss Russia’s attack on Ukraine has stated that Ukraine’s conditions will not change under any circumstances.

He claims that Ukraine will hold talks with Russia but will not change its position.

This was stated by David Arkhamania, coordinator of the Ukrainian negotiating team formed by Ukraine for talks with Russia. “We stand by the agreements reached in Istanbul and we are not in favor of any changes,” he tweeted on Tuesday.

In a statement, Russia’s foreign ministry stated that it “fears that the agreement will be broken if the Russian side does not agree with the terms of the agreement.” He claims that Ukraine has already stated its position and is not in favor of changing the agreements at this time.
