Kamal Thapa’s daughter Pratishtha leaves RPP

KATHMANDU: APRIL. 13 – Pratishtha Thapa Rayamajhi, a central member of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), has left the party. Pratishtha stated that the Rajendra Lingden-led RPP has split from the party’s central and ordinary members.

Handing over her resignation letter to the party, she said that she had to leave RPP with a heavy heart. According to her resignation letter, there have been ideological and moral deviations in the party for some time.

Pratishtha Thapa is the daughter of Kamal Thapa, the Chairperson of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) in Nepal. She received 1,530 votes in the general convention to win the open women’s central seat.
