UML to repeat current chairperson-vice-chairperson in Rupa

POKHARA: APRIL. 12 – The CPN (UML) has decided to re-elect the current chairperson and vice-chairperson of Kaski’s Rupa Rural Municipality.

The Tuesday meeting unanimously recommended Nawaraj Ojha as chairperson and Lal Subba Gurung as vice-chairperson.

According to Chairperson Sahabaks Miya, it has been decided to repeat the current people’s representatives’ work as it is satisfactory and they can win.

According to him, even the ward candidates have been decided unanimously. Shiva Khanal in 1, Dipendra Gautam in 3, Mukunda Banshi in 4, Rajan Khanal in 5, Narayan Gurung in 6 and Krishna Subedi in 7 have been recommended as ward chairpersons.

He stated that even ward No. 2 will be completed today. There is a problem in reaching an agreement there are four aspirants.
