Interaction between doctor & chronic intestinal patient at Nobel

BIRATNAGARF: APRIL. 7 – Doctors and patients have interacted at the Nobel Teaching Hospital in Biratnagar on chronic intestinal diseases. Dr. Mohan Khadka, a gastroenterologist at Nobel, led the interaction with chronic intestinal patients.

About 30 chronic intestinal patients from various districts in Eastern Nepal, including Morang, Sunsari, and Jhapa, attended the interaction. The causes of chronic intestinal disease, precautions to take, proper diet, and other issues were covered.

The patients spoke about their experiences on the occasion. The patients were informed about the disease by the doctors. Dr. Khadka, a gastroenterologist, advised the patients at the program to take their regular medications and eat organic food.

Speaking on the occasion, Nobel Hospital’s Managing Director, Indira Sharma, stated that the hospital was moving forward to treat patients with all diseases and that the hospital would continue to expand its services while prioritizing quality treatment.

Nobel doctors Dr. Bishwanath Adhikari, Dr. Mukti Acharya, Matron Kalpana Pokhrel and others have also suggested that patients to pay special attention to proper eating and drinking by taking medicine as per the advice of the concerned doctor.
