Two-year-old child killed in car crash in Lubhu

KATHMANDU: APRIL. 7 – A two-year-old child has died after being hit by a car in Lalitpur’s Lubhu. The two-year-old child was hit by a car (Ba 16 Cha 3687) heading towards Lamatar from Bisundol of Mahalaxmi Municipality-8.

Aryan Puri, a two-year-old Ramechhap Manthali Municipality-9 resident, was hurt in the accident. Despite being brought to KIST Hospital for treatment, he died from his injuries, said to Metropolitan Police Superintendent Shiddi Bikram Shah.

After hitting the boy, Sujan Raj Sharma, a 41-year-old Lamatar driver, himself rushed his mother Bimala and injured son to the hospital.

The vehicle and its driver are under the control of the Metropolitan Police Circle, Satobato.
