Instructions to district-based mechanism to take a decision on coordination within April 9

KATHMANDU: APRIL. 6 – The Central Election Preparation and Monitoring Committee has directed district-based mechanisms to make an election coordination decision by April 9. Such instructions were issued today at the first meeting of the committee, which is chaired by senior Congress leader Ram Chandra Poudel.

Previously, the coalition had directed that the situation regarding coordination be understood by April 5. As a result, the committee has stated that it has been given until April 9 to resend the decision.

The reporting meeting included discussions on coordination in the majority of the districts. According to one of the leaders, the division has already occurred at the municipal level.
