NEPSE fell by 23 points, turnover of Rs 2 billion
KATHMANDU: APRIL. 6 – On Wednesday, the fourth trading day of the week, the share market fell by double digits.
On this day, the NEPSE share market index fell by 23.32 points to 2428.75 points. A total of 42 lakh 79 thousand 42 lots of shares were bought and sold on this day at a price of 1 billion 99 crores 59 lakh 64 thousand 384 rupees.
On this day, the share prices of 156 companies fell, while the share prices of 33 companies rose.
Shares of NESDO Microfinance, Soaltee Hotel, Taragaon Regency Hotel, United IDI Mardi and other companies have risen in today’s trading. Emerging Nepal, Rashtra Utthan Laghubitta, Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydro, Naya Sarathi Laghubitta and other companies have lost the most.
Due to the increase in ‘panic’ transactions in the continuously declining market, the transaction amount and amount have increased. If the market continues to decline at the same rate, the market is expected to reach up to 2,000 points.
