13 gamblers held with Rs 800 thousand in Bhaktapur

BHAKTAPUR: APRIL. 6 – Police arrested 13 gamblers from a restaurant in Gairigaun, Changunarayan Municipality-6, Bhaktapur district, today.

Police nabbed them at Man Bahadur Tamang’s (37), New Gantabya Restaurant and Hotel.

According to DSP Raju Pandey, a police team raided the hotel and arrested the gamblers along with 16 sets of Kauda (dice) and Rs 822,060.

The police have started the legal process against the gamblers.
