My remarks are not aimed at Dhankuta MPs: Thapa

KATHMANDU: APRIL. 6 – Sunil Bahadur Thapa, a central member of the Nepali Congress, has stated that his views expressed in a program a few days ago were not directed at the Dhankuta parliamentarians.

Thapa said in a statement issued today that he had hinted at the developments in other districts a few months ago and that his intention was not to target the Dhankuta MP.

Thapa expressed regret over the incident, stating that his views were not conducive to undermining the dignity and honor of parliamentarians.

He had previously stated that Nepali girls were insecure from MPs.
