Gas & petroleum prices rose again

KATHMANDU: APRIL. 6 – Nepal Oil Corporation has raised the price of gasoline yet again. Petrol, diesel, and kerosene prices have been raised by Rs 5 per liter by the corporation.

Petrol will now cost Rs 160 per liter in Kathmandu Valley, while diesel and kerosene will cost Rs 143 per liter. Similarly, the cost of cooking gas has risen by Rs 25 per cylinder to Rs 1,600.

According to the corporation, the price increase went into effect today. Previously, on March 16, the corporation raised the price of petroleum.
