Election Preparation & Monitoring Committee formed under the leadership of Ram Chandra
KATHMANDU: APRIL. 5 – The ruling coalition’s five-party coalition has formed an election preparation and monitoring committee, which is led by senior Nepali Congress leader Ram Chandra Padel. On Tuesday morning, the ruling coalition convened at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar to form an election preparation and monitoring committee led by leader Padel. The committee’s leaders stated that it will collaborate with the center’s local elections.
In a similar meeting, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba briefed about his visit to India. Overall, the visit was a success. “The meeting concluded that the Prime Minister’s visit to India was an overall success,” according to the Maoist center’s secretariat.
A similar meeting decided to hold a wide-ranging interaction with political parties, economists, planners, and stakeholders on behalf of the government while keeping the state of the country’s economy in mind, and to take concrete steps based on suggestions.
