Classic Tech’s overnight field support service

KATHMANDU: APRIL. 2 – Classic Tech, an Internet service provider, provides its customers with 24-hour field support.

For the past six months, the company has been testing nighttime field support services in most cities and has deployed an additional 800 employees across the country to implement it.

In just 12 years since its establishment in Nepal in 2009, the service has expanded to 103 outlets in 74 districts. Classic Tech has been providing health services at low prices to the country’s growing number of internet users.

After registering the complaint ticket, the company stated that it will provide service until 10 p.m. with the customer’s permission and will increase it further in the coming days.

The company has stated that support can be given within 2 working hours of registering the customer’s complaint. The company has been giving ‘Time Back Compensation’ for not being able to provide timely support to the customer due to its own complaint.
