Ruling parties will coordinate their electoral efforts: Prachanda
KATHMANDU: MARCH. 30 – Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, Chairperson of the CPN-Maoist Center, has stated that the ruling parties will coordinate their electoral efforts. Speaking to reporters at Chitwan’s Bharatpur Airport, Prachanda stated unequivocally that the ruling parties would not form an alliance.
“It is now clear what the coordination and alliance between the ruling parties look like,” he said. Yesterday, Congress stated that it would coordinate as needed, according to Dahal, who added that it has become clear that there is coordination among the alliances as needed.
Prachanda stated that while the center has decided on the Metropolitan and Sub-Metropolitan for the election, the Maoists will not give up their demand for the post of mayor of Bharatpur Metropolitan.
