Brazil’s wide victory, Argentina stopped

KATHMANDU: MARCH. 30 – FIFA World Cup in Qatar’s South American qualifiers Argentina have been held to a draw whereas Brazil’s a wide victory.

Unbeaten in the selection, Brazil defeated Bolivia 4- at home. Richardson scored twice and Lucas Paqueta and Bruno Guimarães scored once each in Brazil’s victory in the morning game.

In the next match, Argentina drew 1-1 with Ecuador as they could not maintain their early lead. Julian Alvarez scored for Argentina, while Enner Valencia equalized. With this draw, undefeated Argentina is still in second place with 39 points from 17 games.
