21 cases, 319 recoveries, 0 deaths in 24 hours

KATHMANDU: MARCH. 28 – According to the Ministry of Health and Population, Nepal’s COVID-19 tally as of Monday afternoon was 1,118,466.
According to the ministry, 21 new cases have been confirmed in the country in the last 24 hours.
During this time, 5,152 swab samples were tested using the RT-PCR method, with 15 of them returning positive results. Similarly, 1,157 people were tested for the virus’s antigen, with an additional six people testing positive.
Another 319 people have recovered in the last 24 hours, while the government claims there have been no COVID-19-related deaths. Similarly, Nepal’s death toll to rise to 11,951.
So far, 965,142 people have recovered out of the total number of cases.
There are currently 1,254 active cases across the country.
Meanwhile, 103,079 people were vaccinated today.
