Chinese Foreign Minister meets with UML Chairperson Oli

KATHMANDU: MARCH. 27 – Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with KP Sharma Oli, Chairperson of the Main Opposition Party CPN (UML). Oli and Wang met at the Marriott Hotel in Kathmandu in the morning.

Various issues of mutual interest were discussed during the meeting. UML senior vice president Ishwor Pokhrel, general secretary Shankar Pokhrel, and other leaders attended the meeting.

After meeting the UML leaders, Foreign Minister Wang is holding talks with CPN-Maoist Central Committee Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’.

Wang, who arrived in Nepal for a three-day visit on Friday, is scheduled to return home today.
