KATHMANDU: MARCH. 27 – Odyssey’s products for the production of electric motorcycles and scooters have begun selling and distributing in the Nepali market.

During the launch of electric motorcycles and scooters at a showroom in Naxal, Kathmandu, Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) Executive Director Kulman Ghising urged everyone to consume energy locally and use electric vehicles to help Nepal become self-reliant.

He stated that there should be no delay in the use of electric vehicles and that charging stations are being set up all over for their operation.

Brand EGO Automotive for Nepal has started selling and distributing these products in the Nepali market. A company called Ohm from India has been producing electric motorcycles and scooters for Odyssey.

“Electric motorcycles and scooters are expected to win the hearts of consumers in the Indian market as well,” said Karnakar Reddy, founder of Ohm and Odyssey. He said that the brand has been expanded in the Nepali market in collaboration with EGO Automotive for Nepal.

The official showroom of the brand EGO Automotive for Nepal has come into operation in front of the Marriott Hotel in Naxal since Friday.

Laxman Rayamajhi, the operator of Brand EGO Automotive, stated that this showroom will sell and distribute attractive models of motorcycles, scooters, and bicycles.

Rayamajhi, the operator of Brand EGO Automotive, claims that motorcycles and scooters powered by Rs 40 can travel 80 kilometers.

These scooters have eco-friendly LED headlights, rear disc breakwater proofing, bluetooth, keyless entry, search mode, sensor control system, and failure indicator system.

According to the company, the failure indicator system will appear on the display if there is a problem with the scooter’s motor, brakes, or speed controller. As our products are sporty, casual, and stylish, we are confident that they will appeal to a wide range of consumers.

According to Karnakar Reddy, the company’s founder, these motorcycles and scooters outperform competing brands in terms of power, performance, features, and price.
