Local Elections Commission appoints Chief Electoral Officer (with list)

KATHMANDU: MARCH. 27 – For local elections, the Election Commission has appointed a Chief Electoral Officer and an Election Officer. In 77 districts, district judges have been appointed as chief election officers.

An election officer has been appointed in the municipality. According to the Gorkhapatra, the commission has appointed the Chief Election Officer.

The local-level election is being held on 2079 BS Baisakh 30 (May 13, 2022).
