Congress Central Working Committee meeting today

KATHMANDU: MARCH. 25 – Nepali Congress Central Working Committee meeting is being held today.

At 2 p.m., the Central Working Committee will meet at the party’s central office in Sanepa.

Congress will form a parliamentary committee to distribute tickets for the upcoming local elections at today’s meeting. Only the parliamentary committee has the authority to select candidates and distribute tickets, according to the party constitution.

According to Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel, another major agenda item on the meeting’s agenda is the preparation of local level elections.

The meeting will also review the ‘door to door’ campaign for the local elections.
