Chinese Foreign Minister arriving Nepal today
KATHMANDU: MARCH. 25 – Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi is scheduled to visit Nepal today. Wang is coming on a three-day visit to Nepal at the invitation of Foreign Minister Narayan Khadka.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he will be visiting Nepal till Sunday. During the visit, a bilateral meeting will be held between the delegations of the two countries led by the Foreign Minister.
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang is scheduled to meet President Bidya Devi Bhandari, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, former Prime Minister UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli and UCPN (Maoist) Central Committee Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’.
As soon as the parliament approved the implementation of the US aid project MCC, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi is arriving Nepal. This suggests that geopolitical activity is picking up.
