Free KMC Health Camp at Budhanilkantha [Photos]

KATHMANDU: MARCH. 24 – A free health camp has been held at the foot of Shivapuri in Kathmandu’s Budhanilkantha Municipality-3.

The camp was organized by Kathmandu Medical College in Sinamangal, Kathmandu, in collaboration with the Girija Prasad Koirala Foundation (Area No. 4).

A total of 921 people were given free checkup at the Budhanilkantha temple premises.

According to Narayan Dahal, general manager of KMC, video X-rays of 177 people, ECG of 163 people and blood test of 156 people were done in the camp.

According to the organizers, 42 patients who came to the camp for treatment due to dental problems had their teeth extracted, while 45 patients who could not be treated at the camp were referred to the hospital for surgery.
