KATHMANDU: MARCH. 22 – Global IME Bank has opened its 289th branch in Baglung’s Balewa district. According to the bank, the Balewa extension counter of Savik has been upgraded and expanded as a branch.

On Monday, a branch office was opened in Baglung Municipality-14, Balewa Narayansthan.

Dr. Surya Pathak, Federal MP of Baglung Constituency No. 1, Janak Raj Poudel, Mayor of Baglung Municipality, Chandra Prasad Dhakal, Senior Vice Chairperson of Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Chairperson of Global IME Bank, Ramesh Dhakal, Chief District Officer of Baglung and Dayanidhi Gyawali, Superintendent of Police of District Police Office Baglung jointly participated in the program. The branch has been inaugurated.

The ATM counter was inaugurated by Yuvaraj Rajbhandari, Chairperson of Baglung Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Gopinath Mainali, chairperson of Parbat Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

According to Dhakal, Global IME Bank has been providing banking services to the general public by expanding its services in various urban and rural areas of the country under the slogan “Bank for All”. Chairman of the established bank Dhakal said.
