Price of gold surpassed one lakh for each tola
KATHMANDU: MARCH. 22 – The trading price of Chhapawal gold in today’s gold and silver markets is fixed at Rs 1,300 per tola. The yellow metal, which traded at 99,500 per tola the day before, has risen by 800 rupees today.
According to details released by the Nepalese Federation of Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs, the price of Tejabi gold is today at 99,800 rupees per tola. The price on Monday was 99,000 rupees per tola.
Similarly, according to the association, the price of silver today has risen by 20 rupees per tola compared to previous trading prices, reaching 1,395 rupees per tola
The FNJ has been fixing daily trading prices on the basis of fluctuations in gold and silver prices in the international market. Gold is being traded at around $1,936 per tola in the international market today.
