PM Deuba returned without laying foundation stone after delivering his speech
BIRATNAGAR: MARCH. 21 – The administrative building’s foundation stone was being prepared in Morang’s Sundarharaicha Municipality Ward No. 9. As the Prime Minister’s visit was approaching, there was a lot of activity in Sundarharaicha Municipality.
Following the Prime Minister’s arrival, it was decided to lay the foundation stone of the administrative building and agricultural market project at Sundaraharaicha-9, as well as to inaugurate the city hospital at Haraicha.
The Prime Minister was originally scheduled to attend the administrative building’s foundation stone ceremony. Following that, it was decided to lay the foundation stone of the agricultural market in Ward-9, but the Prime Minister, who participated in the administrative building’s foundation stone ceremony, returned without laying the foundation stone after delivering his speech.
Despite speaking on the stage, Prime Minister Deuba left without laying the foundation stone. Locals have expressed dissatisfaction after Prime Minister Deuba arrived to lay the foundation stone for the municipality’s administrative building but returned without laying the foundation stone.
The Sundaraharaicha Municipality has started construction of an administrative building at a cost of Rs. 270 million. Prime Minister Deuba, who was not present at the foundation stone ceremony, inaugurated a 35-bed municipal hospital in Sundaraharaicha.
The Sundaraharaicha Municipality had built a municipal hospital in an area of 15 katthas at a cost of Rs. 350 million. Deuba inaugurated the city hospital.
