KATHMANDU: MARCH. 18 – On Wednesday, the writ petitions filed on the recommendation of the KP Sharma Oli-led government will be heard. Despite the fact that the hearing in the Constitutional Court began on Friday, it has been kept under wraps.

During the debate, advocate Om Prakash Aryal requested that the hearing on the writ petition be adjourned. Aryal had requested that the writ petition hearing be halted due to an interim order issued by Judge Hari Phuyal last Bhadra (Aug/Sept).

During the tenure of then-Prime Minister Oli, the government enacted ordinances and appointed members to various constitutional bodies. His appointment was contested without a parliamentary hearing immediately after Oli dissolved the House of Representatives.
