KATHMANDU: MARCH. 17 – COVID-19 infection has been confirmed in 27 more people in Nepal.

According to the Ministry of Health, COVID-19 was confirmed in 22 of the 1,654 PCR tests conducted in the country and in 5 out of 3,093 antigen tests.

There was no COVID-19-related death in the past 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.

Similarly, 220 more people have been cured, bringing the total number of cured people in Nepal to 961,781.

At present, there are 4,376 active infected isolation and 106 quarantined people in Nepal, according to the ministry.
