Unified Socialists to send a central monitoring team to all states
KATHMANDU: MARCH. 17 – The CPN (Unified Socialist Party) has formed a monitoring team led by central leaders to understand the activities of the party’s seven-state committees.
A meeting of the unified socialist secretariat held in Kathmandu on Thursday decided to monitor the activities of all seven state committees in order to make the party’s activities more effective and formed a team led by central leaders to monitor the activities.
Accordingly, a monitoring team has been formed under the leadership of vice-chairperson Pramesh Hamal in State 1, Deputy General Secretary Jagannath Khatiwada in Madhesh, Deputy General Secretary Gangalal Tuladhar in Bagmati State, vice-chairperson Jayanti Rai in Gandaki State, Deputy General Secretary Bijay Poudel in Lumbini State, General Secretary Beduram Bhusal in Karnali State and Secretariat Member Ram Chandra Jha in Far Western State.
Deputy General Secretary Jagannath Khatiwada informed that the slogan of the local level election was ‘Let us go to the people, and let’s win the Unified Socialist Party’.
He also stated that the party is open for coordination in the upcoming election. He also mentioned that the election criteria are being finalized.
According to Khatiwada, the meeting also covered the alliance and the Central Committee’s decision. He also stated that the campaign to build organizations would be linked to the election campaign.
