British PM meets Saudi crown prince [Photos]

DUBAI: MARCH. 17 – The conflict in Ukraine, as well as other regional and international issues, were discussed by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Wednesday, according to the Saudi press agency SPA.

Saudi Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman also attended the meeting in Riyadh, according to SPA, adding that on the occasion of the visit, Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a strategic partnership council.

Johnson was in the United Arab Emirates earlier on Wednesday as part of efforts to secure more oil supplies and put more pressure on Russian President Vladimir Putin over Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
