82 cases, 213 recoveries, 0 deaths in past 24 hours

KATHMANDU: MARCH. 16 – COVID-19 infection has been confirmed in 82 more people in Nepal.

According to the Ministry of Health, COVID-19 has been confirmed in 41 people out of 4,790 PCR tests and 41 in 1,385 antigen tests across the country.

There was no COVID-19-related death in the past 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health and Population. So far, 11,950 people have died due to COVID-19 in Nepal.

Similarly, 213 more people have been cured, bringing the total number of cured people in Nepal to 961,561.

At present, there are 4,574 active infected isolation and 106 people in quarantine in Nepal, according to the ministry.
