Price of gold dropped from lakh to thousand

KATHMANDU: MARCH. 16 – Gold prices declined in the Nepali market on Wednesday.

On this day, the price of Chhapawal gold dropped by Rs 800 per tola to Rs 99,300. According to the Federation of Nepali Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs, the price of Tejabi gold is being traded at Rs 98,800 on this day.

The previous day’s gold price was Rs 100,500 per tola.

Before that, the price of gold had reached Rs 1 lakh 5 thousand five hundred rupees per tola on March 9 and had become expensive till now.

On Wednesday, the price of silver rose by Rs 10 per tola. The price of silver, which was traded at Rs 1,370 on Tuesday, reached Rs 1,380 on Wednesday.
